Sabi ni Leni Robredo sa speech niya sa Ramon Magsaysay Awards, "transformative leadership will yet win the day." Transformative leadership is a business management buzz word, which arose during the 80s. It's a type of leadership management gurus said works best to manage CHANGE.
Now, every CHANGE requires accepting painful trade offs. There's NO transformation that doesn't require one to make sacrifices. Now the transformative leader helps make those changes palatable by inspiring people to see that the pain brought by changes they have to go through now are necessary in order to have a better tomorrow.
Robredo's speech doesn't seem to grasp that poignant aspect of transformative leadership. She just kept on chewing out words whose implications she obviously doesn't understand herself. A transformative leader isn't someone who kept on mentioning soothing words or someone who kept on blurting out feel good slogans. A transformative leader tells us the painful trade offs we have to go through as we change and makes us understand that they are necessary. Obviously, Robredo isn't that kind of leader.
Sabi tuloy ng ilang netizen na si Leni "She's good at uttering big word not comprehending its full meaning on a bigger picture." Napaghalata na hindi sya ang gumagawa ng speech nya. Ganun pa man, dapat isaisip nya ang binabasa nya at intindihin ang bawat nakasaad. Huwag lang basta e memorize.
Siguro wag na tayong magtaka kasi everything about her is a fabrication of a PR machine - she can never stand on her two wobbly feet, let alone think on her own. She's not fit to hold any higher office unless she's shoved into it as a string puppet - which what she sadly is right now.
If one is not immersed on local governance, community politics and national government limitations in pursuing real development how can she understand what transformative change requires of leaders? Baka facilitation di oa nagawa nyan.
Transpormative leadership is happening now na!, Leni Robredo. It is winning the day. Feel na feel naman siguro ang painful trade offs ng mga druglords at corrupt officials dyan lalo na siguro yung mga thief in the night. Di ba, this is the CHANGE best manage?
I am making this statement to clear Vice-Mayor Paolo Duterte and Atty. Manse Carpio from any involvement in the shipment of illegal drugs into the country, and any anomalies in the Bureau of Customs..."
When you dont have experience on leadership and keeps makikng speeches about leadership like you had a lot is like a wannabe expert who only watched it on tv and read books but with no actual experience to boot
