According to Kian's uncle, a bystander saw a drug suspect passed on a packet of something (believed to be shabu) to Kian. Why would the drug suspect do that? He could have simply thrown it somewhere he could retrieve it. Why give it to a "random" person you see on the way to your escape? You must trust this person; and you must know you could get the stuff back. Let the investigation cover all bases. Isama sa interrogation iyang uncle.
Is it true that Kian's family didn't want Kian's body autopsied? If yes, why not? His autopsy could be a strong evidence to confirm or belie the testimony of witnesses.
The FB account of Caloocan's Asst. Prosecutor Darwin Cañete, who is giving us analysis of the situation, has been taken down. Cañete's POV on this issue is imp't bec. of his work he knows how drug syndicates operate in Caloocan City. Who is trying to silence him?
This is one of the last posts of Caloocan Asst. City Prosecutor Darwin Cañete whose FB account got deactivated:
- Kian was in possession of the shabu sachets long before the police got him. This is based on the SOCO pictures of the body (shown by Atty. Cañete) where the sachets clearly left an impression on the side of the body just under the garter of his printed boxers. If the shabu was planted, it will not leave those marks on the skin.
- Kian was not tortured nor hurt contrary to the claim of a supposed witness. There were no marks of physical abuse on the body as can be seen on the photos, too. The family did not want an autopsy to be performed.
- The controversial CCTV video which made the case sensational is not fake but it was not Kian on the video because the color of the t-shirt and the lower garments are not the same. The CCTV footage was also recorded an hour before the incident. It is highly probable that it is not connected to Kian's case.
- They have Kian's phone which contains text messages between Kian, his supplier and their clients. This will be presented if required to those who wish to hold an inquiry.
Pati ba iyong cellphone ni Kian na may chika with his supplier, clients, etc eh planted?
According to Caloocan police asset nila iyong sa CCTV na lalake. If ma-produce nila iyong lalake na iyon, good luck kina Risa et al. If not, good luck sa Caloocan police.
Autopsy of Kian will reveal:
1. Distance of the police who shot Kian. The widely circulated story is that it's execution style (shot near) rather than shot at a distance, after engaging with a shoot out with Kian.
2. Whether Kian was tortured and mauled as witnesses claimed. Assistant City Prosecutor Darwin Cañete was right: PHYSICAL EVIDENCES ARE SILENT BUT ELOQUENT WITNESSES. We want the truth about what happened to Kian. Let his body speak what happened during that tragic night.
Why did Kian's family refuse to have the boy's body autopsied? I can't understand how anyone can sue the government for wrongful death if the prospective complainants waive the right to acquiring the most basic evidence: an autopsy report.
CCTV footages shouldn't be released in public prior to witnesses executing an affidavit. Witnesses could construct stories based on those footages.
So the gun was found in Kian's left hand but he's right handed. Well, when people shoot, they usually use BOTH hands to fire the gun. Kian is right handed, which means that he used his right hand to pull the trigger and his left hand to assist him in holding the gun. When he fell after being shot, it's not impossible to have the gun to be seen with his left hand.
The witness GMA 7 interviewed in this video (https://youtu.be/oEYikLuKTu8) said that he was actually in the crime scene. He claimed that he saw two un-uniformed police officers dragged Kian in a corner, just as shown in that famous CCTV (time stamp: 20:24) GMA 7 showed the witness another CCTV footage during the same night (time stamp: 20:57). He identified the two guys there as the police officers he saw.
What's interesting? Both of the guys who dragged the guy in the other CCTV footage wore shorts. In the other CCTV footage, only one wore shorts; both of them wore flip flops. The other guy was wearing a hoodie. Did the police officers change clothes after the incident?
An autopsy was conducted Sunday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. by a team of forensic experts led by Dr. Erwin Erfe. The procedure was conducted upon the family’s request. Based on the examination, Kian sustained three gunshot wounds, the first entry point was at the back of the head.
The second entry point was behind the left ear while the third entry point was inside the left ear. Both bullets, according to Dr. Erfe in a phone interview, exited at the right side of the head. (https://goo.gl/UGEQPR)
