PTV to Sue Rappler for and illegally streamed PTV's #SEAGames2017 feed

In a facebook page of Thinking Pinoy, he said that a little bird in Malacañang told me that PTV may sue Rappler for stealing intellectual property as it illegally streamed PTV's #SEAGames2017 feed despite the absence of a partnership agreement with the government station. TV5 is PTV's partner for this SEAGames2017 event.

It looks like that Rappler is in a bad shape again and the question is are they streamed this event without getting permission from the rightful owner PTV just to get engagement views on their Facebook page. Most of the Duterte Social media bloggers are overtaking the views against Rappler like Mocha Uson, Thinking Pinoy and Sass Rogando Sassot and other Social media Bloggers.

One netizens says: "Apparently, akala kasi nila porque government network eh free for all na. Hindi ito PiliPinas Debates Rappler, SEA Games ito, may exclusivity ito, and PTV chose Sports5 to be their partner. Other stations may use the footage from PTV only in their news reports basta with the proper courtesy. Tengene pano pa kaya kung Olympics yan?"

Looking forward na sana nga kasohan ng PTV ang Rappler kasi they acts like they own and know everything.
